Terms

Last updated 3 November 2026. These terms cover the LiquidRise website, its API, MCP server and SDK, and the daily rounds held by the RiseRounds contract on Robinhood Chain. By taking a side you accept them.

What LiquidRise is

LiquidRise is software that mirrors Hyperliquid's daily HIP-4 BTC outcome on Robinhood Chain. It reads the line and the result from HyperCore's public API and settles USDG pots between the wallets that took sides. LiquidRise is not affiliated with Hyperliquid, Robinhood, Paxos, Global Dollar Network, Uniswap, Pons or Blockscout; their names and marks belong to them and are used only to describe the integrations.

How it is built, and what the keeper controls

Every pot is held by the RiseRounds contract, whose address is on the protocol page. The contract enforces the lock at 05:55 UTC, the 3% fee, the payout formula and where payouts go: only to the wallets that took sides. The keeper, a machine operated by LiquidRise, opens each round and submits the settlement value it reads from HyperCore. The contract cannot check that value against HyperCore, so a wrong or compromised keeper could settle a round to the wrong side. If the keeper does not settle a round within 3 days of 06:00 UTC, anyone can cancel it and every side is refunded in full. The contract has not been audited. Only put in what you can afford to lose.

Settlement

Rounds settle to HyperCore's own result for the matching outcome, or to HyperCore's BTC mark price under the fallback described in the docs. LiquidRise does not decide results and does not correct HyperCore's. A HyperCore outage, a change to its API or a delisting can delay a settlement or move it to the fallback. The contract rejects sides after 05:55 UTC and sides under 0.1 USDG; the gas of a rejected transaction is not refunded.

Fees and $RISE

3% of every settled pot is sent to the fee recipient and used to buy and burn $RISE. Refunded rounds carry no fee. $RISE is not a share, a claim on the pots or a promise of any return. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice.

Your responsibilities

You must be of legal age and allowed to use prediction markets and digital assets where you live. You are responsible for your wallet, its keys, the transactions you sign and any taxes. Do not use LiquidRise if you are in a jurisdiction where taking part is restricted, or if you are subject to sanctions.

No warranty, limited liability

The software is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, LiquidRise and its operators are not liable for losses from using it, including losses from bugs in the contract or the keeper, network or RPC failures, HyperCore data, wallet software, or the keeper risk described above.

Changes

We may change these terms or the rules for future rounds; a change never applies to a round that is already open. Each change is listed in our Dev log.
